What do you know about your core needs?
I’ve learned over the years women aren’t always consciously aware of what I call their CORE NEEDS. These are needs that don’t go away – regardless of conditioning, having it all, falling in line or feeling successful.
They whisper relentlessly. And often don’t align with what you’re taught – you – as a woman – should need.
And while you know I believe being in your body lies the wisdom, I also believe you tap into that more easily when you can soften into your unique design.
It’s in your moon sign that the picture of your core needs – the ones that are integral to your mental, emotional and physical well-being reside.
A stand alone understanding of your moon sign will never paint the whole picture of who you are, what you deeply need and what nourishes you on a soul level. However, your moon sign is a good indication of the theme of your needs.
Your sun sign can give you insight into your overall personality and lens through which you see the world, but your moon sign is your internal world. Your emotional self. The parts of you people don’t see and may not realize are integral to how you recover, rest, fill your cup, express your emotions and express your desires.
